It was 2019. I had known Jessica for a long time and for a couple of years I had been involved in self-production, a territory that was then still little explored. I had published a few instrumental tracks with good feedback under the name "gfproduzionimusicali," a project born not only to express myself artistically, but also to support young musicians and songwriters in their independent journey into the digital market driven by Spotify. It was in this context that the collaboration with Moggie The Cat was born and it happened quite naturally: "Why don't we do something together?"

Our first track “l’uomo degli inganni”, was released in March 2020, recorded a few weeks earlier in my living room, voice and guitar alone…a method that would later become the norm for many artists.

We took care of everything together: production, graphics, publishing and promotion. Since then we have shared several projects and Jessica has been writing, singing and playing, pursuing her own path in self-production.

Because, after all, this is the true freedom of artistic independence: making your own music in an authentic way and Moggie The Cat truly deserves to be heard.

Collaborating with Moggie the Cat on the song "Sopra il rumore" was the creative spark that changed everything.

Right from the start, Jessica was able to deeply understand my inner world, helping me put into music emotions that I was struggling to externalize until then.

It was natural then to choose her as co-author of many of my pieces: working with her means giving voice to what I feel, with authenticity and without filters. We achieved what I always wanted: a Pop but yet deep album.

She is an excellent musician and a very good singer, she really gives everything in each project.
